Why is the special offer I want to book not available?


All offers are subject to availability and allocation of rooms. When this allocation is reached, we cannot accept any more bookings at these rates, although the hotel may not be full. Please refine your search to check if other rates available.

 

Are the rates on your website per person or per room?


The rate range displayed at atlantic-essen.de shows a first indicative price range for single rooms of the different room types available at the hotel. Final pricing will be calculated during the booking process, based on the number of persons in your booking. The total price displayed in the second step of your booking process is for the room type and rate you selected for the total number of guests in your booking.

Are taxes included in the rates shown?


You will find the relevant information in the rate description displayed in the details during the booking process and included on your confirmation e-mail. Generally all taxes and charges are included in Germany.

 

How can I cancel or change my reservation?


In general, you can cancel your booking or change your details as long as the booking is active and the cancellation conditions permit this. Please read carefully the cancellation policy before making a booking. Details of any restrictions will be found in your reservation confirmation.

 

Are Triple rooms or extra beds available?

Due to the design of our guest rooms, triple rooms or extra beds are not available. One child is until 10 years is bookable which has to sleep in the parents bed. 

 

Do you offer special discounts (for seniors citizens, airlines employees, etc?)


Yes, if you do not have access to a GDS system, or if the rate is not displayed, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Is it safe to fill in my credit card number? How secure is the ATLANTIC website?


The ATLANTIC booking tool have been certificated by COMPLETE SSL. Any personal data you provide is encrypted using SSL technology encrypted at 128 bit. This cryptographic protocol provides secure online data transfers in a way designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering, and message forgery.

What can I do, if  I don't get a confirmation email?

Yes, we do offer rooms with connecting doors, please contact us directly.

How do I pay for my accomodation?


Most bookings are payable directly at the hotel. Only a few reservations - for example special early bookings - must be paid in advance by credit card. Further information is given in the price description: They are displayed in the second step of the booking process and can also be found in your confirmation e-mail. If the person traveling is not the credit card holder, please contact the hotel before the arrival day to discuss the payment terms.

Which chain code does the ATLANTIC Hotel use? 


WW- WorldHotels. In each GDS you may check the occupancy of all hotels by using the code WW.
