From the Düsseldorf airport, take the Airport Highway (the A 52) and you’ll reach us in around 20 minutes (25 km). On the day of your departure, the Cologne/Bonn Airport (72 km away) is great for night flights starting at 11 p.m., with a transfer time of around 75 minutes

Travel buses of a normal height (max. 3.90 m) will be able to enter our underground car park. We would be glad to offer you an appropriate parking space if one is available. As an alternative, buses can also be parked on the parking space P2 at the Messe Essen, right next to the hotel.

Our Conference Centre has 5 meeting rooms ranging from 35 m² to 123 m² which are available for storing luggage. Luggage can be delivered to the luggage room directly and at ground level. 
A kit room on the player´s floor is possible as well. 

Our Conference Centre has 4 meeting rooms ranging from 114 m² to 535 m² available for all meals. Meals will be prepared by our kitchen team especially to meet athletes’ needs or your requests. Access will be granted to teams’ own cooks if they present the necessary documents (hygiene regulations, etc.).

We offer a room that has been cleared out for a massage room, possibly with connecting doors.   

Our hotel has single or double rooms with king-sized beds available, as well as twin rooms with separate beds. If you require, all rooms can be reserved on one floor (maximum of 39 rooms). And rooms with connecting doors are also available. Our Club Floor has 17 suites ranging from 55 m² to 110 m² available. For trainers, we recommend our Business Suites, which include a meeting area for up to 6 people.  

Our team possesses extensive experience with sports teams. A personal contact partner will also be available to you during your stay.  

All entrances are monitored by video cameras. Access can be gained to the various floors only with a proper room pass. Please understand that we will bill you for separate security, depending on the number of fans anticipated.  

Training sessions can be completed at the Uhlenkrug stadium, only 2.7 km away from the hotel. Transfer time: a 10-minute drive at the most. For taking walks or going jogging, a 65-hectare “Grugapark” is directly next to the hotel. Free entry through a separate secondary entrance can be arranged through the hotel.
